I had the honor and privilege of joining U.S. Attorney Bryan Stirling for @USAO_SC, Senator @DarlineGrahamSC, @RepRussellFry, Stephen Federico, father of Logan Federico, and local law enforcement for a roundtable at the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office to discuss ongoing efforts to reduce violent crime.
We’ve already made incredible progress in South Carolina to make communities safer, but there is more work to be done. Through Logan’s Law, law enforcement and prosecutors can strengthen the tracking of violent offenders, increase accountability across our criminal justice system, and help prevent repeat offenders from claiming another victim.
