I joined Box in January because I was excited about a completely new category of software devs could build using unstructured data and AI.

This Nov 5-6 we're bringing together engineering leaders from @Box @awscloud @nvidia @OpenAI @getpostman @daytonaio & @Docker for the first ever BoxWorks Dev Summit to dive into these new capabilities and talk about what's next.

We'll have 2 days of keynotes, technical sessions, live demos, hands-on workshops and plenty of networking opportunities.

If you're in the Bay Area, we have a limited number of free passes for devs, please register below and let us know you'd like to come!

yeah AI agents are no longer just chats anymore.

Imagine a sandbox agent opening cloud files with an ordinary file path.

That's Box Mount.

Box Mount gives sandbox agents ordinary file paths to cloud files in @Box without building a download and upload workflow.

In this demo, an agent on @digitalocean reads deal room documents locally and writes a diligence memo back to the cloud.

All through Box Mount.

Come and hack Seattle devs 👨‍💻👩‍💻

This is a game changer for voice led AI usage.

@WillowVoiceAI brought "scribe" to use our voice recording as a prompt to write for me.

Now they let you import your writing styles memory into Willow and scribe will write more like you.

Loving the innovation this team keeps pushing out

I just automated deal room acquisition screening with @Box & @digitalocean Managed Agents.

Drop a new file in the deal room → Triggers the sandbox agent to wake up and rebuild the review memo with the latest info.

No more stale deal room memos.

Full setup deep dive video coming soon.

Had a blast last night at @digitalocean's developer meetup in SF.

I think sandbox agents will become the backbone of many automations teams run.

DigitalOcean Managed Agents is thoughtfully designed for that. Its Action Gateway keeps credentials separate from the sandbox, so that the agent never sees your secrets.

I demoed how Box Mount mounts @Box folders into a sandbox microVM, so agents can work with cloud files like local files. It’s fast and cheap to access those files, and you can mount or unmount them on demand as the sandbox comes and goes.

It was exciting to see how these innovations are coming together to change how we work with our unstructured content with AI agents!

Thank you for having me DigitalOcean team!

Pi 1.0 is out

Sandbox AI. Long running agents. AI context layer. SF.

Join us today if ☝️ is you.

I'll show how you can use Box Mount to mount a folder on @Box to your sandbox agent in @digitalocean's Managed Agent

so your agent can work with your files on cloud like its in your local environment.

Super excited to be speaking here today!

I hopped on two calls with @Box customers today who are using the Box developer platform to automate knowledge work.

Hearing how they're turning days or even weeks of work into a couple of minutes made me so happy to be working at a company that continues to improve the customer experience by adapting to the agentic world we're living in.

In this video, I show how I automate a broker-dealer audit workflow end-to-end by connecting @ChatGPT Codex to Box using Box CLI.

Full video in the post below if you're interested

When your cloud file storage is AI-native, coding agents can automate file-heavy workflows across hundreds of documents.

See how connecting @Box to @ChatGPT codex can automate broker-dealer policy audit report prep!

Devs at @WeAreDevs!

Come to the @Docker booth at 2:30pm today!

learn how you can mount your company files/folders in Docker sandbox so that your long running cloud agents can work with your company knowledge!

I’ll be showing long running cloud agents in @digitalocean managed agents that has access to files on @Box to fully automate agentic workflows in day to day work!

Box devrel team is at @WeAreDevs!

Come learn how to give your @ChatGPT @bot @Muse @claudeai @NousResearch Hermes company knowledge with @Box as the file system!

We got live demos for ya 😎

Gotta say, the partnerships team cooked with this one

Seems like @Muse is enterprise ready right out of the @Box 😉

You can now control a remote machine where a Hermes agent is running.

This removes so much friction that comes from ssh, vps setups

Omg my daily commute meeting with chatgpt just got an upgrade!

Watch me get more work done in my car than the office lol

Lets connect in the reality internet frens

For the first time, BoxWorks has a dedicated developer track.

As enterprises automate more workflows with AI agents, those agents need secure access to the content where real business context lives: product specs, legal docs, decisions, and more.

Come learn how to connect your agents or build Box-powered apps that can unlock value from thousands of unstructured files in ways that simply weren't possible before.

The best part of conferences is usually the people you meet.

If you’re heading to WeAreDevelopers, come hang out at our pre-party Wednesday!

There will be good people, food, drinks, AI trivia, games and prizes.

Hope to see you all there 👋
