@VFRwanda, stands united with all Rwandans in the 32nd commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, honoring the lives lost and the resilience of those who rebuilt. Together, we reaffirm our commitment to unity, dignity, and a future grounded in hope and shared humanity.

Today, @VFRwanda and @IsookoD signed a MoU under the FAST Program; a bold step toward empowering women, strengthening saving groups, creating jobs for youth, bringing fullness of life to children, and extending micro-insurance to vulnerable beneficiaries.

As Rwanda marks Heroes Day, we joins the nation in honoring our heroes’ bravery, sacrifice, and selfless leadership. Inspired by their values, we recommit to empowering communities, strengthening families, and supporting Rwanda’s journey toward self-reliance and unity.

This week, we facilitated a 2day Empowered Worldview training for staff. We explored mindsets that limit growth and how to shift toward ownership, responsibility, and empowerment. This mindset journey is now part of our culture, leading to both personal and organizational impact.

Recently, we held an Empowered Worldview refresher and introduced Root to Fruits with SMT and Branch Managers, led by Joseph C., F&D for West and Central Africa. The session strengthened alignment, purpose, and practical leadership to better serve staff and the most vulnerable.
