On @arc, a treasury can hold stablecoins, spend stablecoins and pay for the transfer in the same stablecoins. Nothing else needed.
Arc charges its network fees in USDC. What was left was the people. Until now someone approving a payment had to keep a balance in their own wallet before it could go out, and payments waited when they didn't.
Protofire Multisig now takes that off the signer. The team account settles its own fees, and the people approving hold nothing.
Two pieces of work got us there: our relayer now runs on Arc, and an account can pay a fee in a network's own coin.
