We've raised $700M at a $21B valuation from Jane Street, Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, A16Z, Peter Thiel, BCV, and Blackstone.

When we started Etched, it was just a LaTeX file and a bet: that intelligence would get so cheap the world's appetite for it would be unlimited, and that the systems to serve it didn't exist yet.

Today that claim is hardware in production, a 400+ team, and our first rack about to leave the office.

Our Series C is fuel for what matters most: scale. Not one rack, not one cluster, but inference at gigawatt scale, enough to serve intelligence to everyone. That buildout is the focus from here, and it's what this round lets us go deliver on.

I am incredibly excited for the coming months as our hardware comes online. None of it happens without @UbertiGavin, @robertwachen, and every single person who's poured themselves into this.

We’ve raised $300M in Series C funding at a $10.3B valuation from Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Jane Street, Argo, and SK Hynix.

Our mission is to run the world's inference. This round accelerates production of our inference clusters.

We've opened an 80,000-sqft, 10-MW facility 15 minutes from our office to expedite production and prototyping.

Three years ago this was a handful of us and a bet that felt obvious to us and crazy to most: the world was going to need vastly more inference than anyone was building for, and the systems to serve it didn't exist yet.

Today it's 400+ of the best engineers I've ever worked with, real silicon, and racks shipping this summer.

Building frontier inference systems is hard. AI moves fast. Doing both at once takes an absurd group of people, and somehow we found them.

Grateful beyond words to my cofounders @UbertiGavin and @robertwachen and the whole team. Incredibly proud of what everyone has put into this. The hardest and best part is still ahead.

We're coming out of stealth.

We've built our first racks after a successful A0 tapeout, $1B+ in customer contracts, and $800m raised.

Early customer tests show us achieving SOTA throughput, latency, and power efficiency on inference workloads.
