October 7 should be sacred.

It is a day to remember the innocent lives taken by Hamas butchers, the hostages ripped from their families and held captive for months on end, and the deadliest attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust.

Yet even today, @NYCMayor cannot put aside his ideological obsession with Israel long enough to simply let Jews mourn.

At a time of rising antisemitism, words matter, and rhetoric has real-world consequences.

There are 364 other days for politics. Today, remember the victims. Condemn Hamas. Stand with the Jewish community.

It should not be difficult.

Three years ago today, Hamas carried out the deadliest attack against the Jewish people since the Holocaust.

We remember the innocent lives taken, the families shattered, and the hostages who endured the unimaginable.

October 7 was an act of pure evil. There can be no justification for terrorism, no rationalization of antisemitism, and no rewriting of what happened that day.

We must remember. We must speak the truth. And we must stand against antisemitism and hate wherever they appear.

May the memory of those we lost be a blessing.

The SEC has opened the door for 24/7, tokenized financial markets in the U.S. Our OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue is one example of what can now be built.

But without bipartisan legislation, the new Congress can constrain or undo the rules that make this innovation possible, particularly if those rules are seen as politically contested.

And hell hath no fury like a Congress scorned.

We must pass durable, bipartisan law for digital finance, or risk watching the next generation of builders leave America for greener pastures.

OKXICE has notified the SEC that we intend to launch our Tokenized Securities Venue (TSV) under the SEC’s new Innovation Exemption.

Our notice includes more than 60 companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges.

Several weeks ago we at @okx announced a joint venture with @ICE_Markets, which owns the New York Stock Exchange, to tokenize securities for global distribution. It was seen by some as an overly ambitious venture. Numerous efforts have been launched with attenuated timelines to become reality. But last week the SEC issued an order to authorize a new model of tokenization!

We will be at the forefront of a new era of financial access and empowerment.
