Central Academy

A huge well done and congratulations to Sienna who absolutely nailed her Poetry by Heart performance today at Shakespeare's Globe. Sienna delivered her own original poem 'Life' with power and enthusiasm which made for a brilliant performance. She has done us all incredibly proud!

Tonight, a group of our students are down in London in the beautiful sunshine at Shakespeare's famous globe theatre to see a performance of 'Comedy of errors'.

This week we were lucky enough to celebrate our Year 11 and Year 13’s completing their GCSE and A-Level exams.
As is customary at Central Academy we collected together to applaud our students as they left the building for the final time this year.

As we mourn together as a community, a reminder school will be open every morning this week with specialist staff able to offer support to students who are coming to terms with what has happened.
