Ever wondered how quiet Valo really is? When compared with other everyday sounds, the difference is clear. eVTOLs, also known as air taxis, offer a quieter, cleaner, and more comfortable way to travel.

This year, we demonstrated Valo’s core technology through piloted transition flight and five days of public flying at Farnborough, recently strengthened our leadership with the appointment of Fabrice Brégier as Chair, and continue to build the industrial capability required to deliver Valo and our hybrid aircraft.
Today, we announced that Vertical has initiated a review of strategic alternatives including potential strategic and financial partnerships to advance the next stage of development. Jefferies LLC has been retained as financial advisor in connection with the review.
Our progress has generated growing interest in Vertical’s technology, team and common aircraft platform. We believe this is the right time to explore potential strategic and financial partnerships to support our next stage of certification, industrialisation and commercialisation.

The UK is a great place to build a pioneering aviation company, and that came through strongly in our discussions at @FIAFarnborough . With new facilities set to come online, we're looking forward to showcasing our next step in building a leading aerospace and technology company here in Great Britain.
