Expect a Hallowe’en-inspired dinner, a room full of suspicious characters, unsettling clues and one murder waiting to be solved before the night is over.

On Saturday, September 26, the Spruce Meadows Equi-Plex transforms into a lively Oktoberfest-inspired beer hall with cold beer, Oktoberfest-inspired food, dancing and live music from Du Hast Musik.

Your first beer is included with admission, and as the night goes on, DJ Prost Malone takes over to keep the party going until midnight.

Lederhosen, dirndls and Oktoberfest attire are highly encouraged.

The same Band whose official duties include the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace will perform live at Spruce Meadows throughout the week.

Then Friday night: the International Ring, the Welsh Guards playing live and fireworks overhead for TELUS Evening of the Horse.

FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE ‘MASTERS’ IS THE NIGHT. 🎆

Last year, two horse-and-rider combinations cleared nearly SEVEN FEET to break a record that had stood for 21 years. The fan-favourite ATCO Electric Six Bar is back on Sept. 11, and the fences are going UP.

Afterwards, the TELUS Evening of the Horse lights up the night with fireworks choreographed to music performed live by the Band of the Welsh Guards, all the way from London, England!
