“For the @RoyalAirForce, the STEM Ambassador programme is the vehicle we use to garner STEM support."

Staff at any organisation have busy schedules, but also want to give back. Read on to see how the RAF balances this with our support: STEM.org.uk/stem-ambassado… ✈️

"If you had told me that I would be volunteering as part of a robot competition, I would have laughed you out of the door." - STEM Ambassador Melissa, a Tech Strategist at @InsightEnt

Children begin to categorise jobs based on gender, prestige and other societal norms at an early age.

However, positive role models in classrooms help to actively challenge these misconceptions and stereotypes that surround STEM careers. Thats where @STEMAmbassadors come in! 👏

It's always exciting volunteering for the first time... but it's particularly special when doing so as a STEM Ambassador.

#Teachers, head to one of our webinars to learn how to request one for free: Eventbrite.co.uk/cc/how-to-acce…

As we approach/begin the school holidays, we would like to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for all the hard work you have done to inspire young people in STEM. What has been a volunteer memory that has made you smile this year? #favouritememory #Thankyou #LOL!
