The 6th Cohort of the Equity Leaders Program (ELP) has officially started its onboarding journey, welcoming 72 outstanding Senior Six finalists into the Equity family.

This week, we spent time with our scholars in Muhanga, Huye and Nyamagabe, welcoming them into the Equity family and introducing them to the teams and branches that will support them along the way.

Seeing their excitement, curiosity and ambition reminds us why investing in young people matters.
