From seeds of hope grew great ideas and plans. Deeply humbled by the progress and persistence of these MPs on #UkraineRussianWar

Thanks to @OEDialogue for bringing them together

Feeling so inspired by the wonderful way these politicians are collaborating at the end of this intense set of discussions with @OEDialogue

I can't think of a more important topic to facilitate than how to disagree well in universities. Looking forward to discussing this with these wonderful people

Yesterday, on our street… My husband conducting. It was a momentous occasion - both the coronation and the Street party…

I'm so looking forward to going back to my old university and talking about a subject I'm passionate about.

These are the conversations that make a better world. Thank you @AbsoluteLeePod and @Baddiel

My why: I’m writing a book to help people to relate better and have more useful connected conversation. Given the polarisation in the world at the moment, it feels so important to me.

In 2022 I want to accomplish my goals from a calm, centred and fun place. You?

This year are you planning on being more DRIVEN or LAID BACK or BALANCED between both?

Also, what do you want to achieve this year? Let me know in the comments box

Happy 2022! I'm writing a book this year and focusing on self-care and my own relationships. What are you hoping to achieve this year?

Coming out of the pandemic we must be adaptable. In mediation and coaching we must be adaptable. Adaptability is a key feature in learning to thrive instead of just survive.

Mediation requires people to make many transitions in a shorter period of time than normal. The mediator’s role is to facilitate that process so that the parties can move on with their lives and not remain stuck in a battle. This is my favorite quote about transitions.

When we rush we waste time. Life is precious, try not rushing and see what wonderful results you get and how great it feels.

StartUp is quite possibly the BEST TV show I have ever seen. Both totally addictive and deeply profound and @iamedigathegi one of the best performances ever..

My third interview in the #WomenInMediation series. With the amazing

This quote is close to my heart. Offence is a tricky feeling and we sometimes think it justifies actions that it really does not.

Happy Women’s Day! I feel honoured to have been selected by @WATC_Updates with @harriet_wc as one of 100 women who Choose to Challenge gender bias and inequality. It means a lot to be one of the 100 telling their stories as part of #ChooseToChallenge100
