Listen Labs

Listen Labs is joining @Salesforce!

A year and a half ago we launched Listen, an AI platform for understanding customers, and it’s been a crazy ride ever since.

Today, we work with some of the largest companies in the world, including Microsoft, Anthropic, and Sweetgreen.

What started as an AI interviewer is now a full platform for understanding customers. Listen finds the right people, interviews them, analyzes what they say, and even simulates how they'll behave.

Listen’s growth quickly accelerated and while we were raising our next round, we met @Benioff.

Marc is a hero of mine. I've taken countless ideas from Behind the Cloud and watched him framemog every AI CEO on the planet. We're honored to get framemogged next.

With Salesforce, we can bring Listen to every company in the world, much faster.

To our customers, our mission remains the same.I stay CEO, @Florian stays CTO and the same team will keep building the product you rely on, now inside Salesforce AI Labs. Thank you for believing in us early.

To our team, families, and everyone who believed in us before there was much to believe in, thank you.

These years have been the most fun years of my life, and it’s still only just the beginning for Listen.

Now back to work. 🚀

Our intern just built the first zero-person company.

Listen's agent ran a loop:
- Interview users
- Build
- Test with real people
- Fix issues
- Repeat

2,000 interviews and 100 concepts later: an app with 100s of paying customers.

Here’s how it works:

The most important AI companies haven't been founded yet.

Some will start at Listen.

Join as an engineer. Ship real products. Get masterclasses on ideas, fundraising, and scaling from Sequoia.

30% of us are former founders. This is the program we wish we'd had.

Introducing Claude Code for research.

Listen’s Research Agent lets you analyze data, quantify insights, and generate research deliverables all in Listen, much like how developers use Claude Code.

Today, Listen crossed $100M in funding.

Building is easy now. Knowing what to build isn't.

Our AI finds and talks to your users so you don't have to guess.

See how Sweetgreen, Microsoft, and Replit use it:

At Listen, we love hard problems and even harder puzzles.

Decode the billboard, get the next challenge.

Win an all-expenses Berlin trip + Berghain guest list (you'll see why).

Honored to be recognized as one of the top 40 private AI companies shaping the future. Thanks to our team, customers, and Madrona, and congrats to everyone featured!

Our first salesperson has closed $1M ARR in May.

Now I’m building the dream team.

Here's 6 roles I'm looking for:

- technical staff
- csm
- product design
- sales
- growth
- ops

tag someone you know & if I hire them,
I'll give you $10,000.

"To build a great company, you need to write code and talk to users." - @florian_jue (co-founder of @ListenLabs)

"AI agents can now write code, so what becomes important is building the right thing and having the right feedback."

"That's what we are building: telling the AI what to do, what to build, and being the tastemaker."

Wow...

This AI startup can run thousands of voice interviews at once with AI agents. Giving every business deep, insightful research at scale, fast.

Listen finds out what users want, why they churn, and what makes them convert.

Trusted by teams at Microsoft, Google, Canva, and more...

Very impressive. You can now use agents to do market research.

Listen just raised $27M from Sequoia to replace surveys and focus groups with thousands of AI interviews.

▸ Interviews, analysis, insights in under 24h
▸ Auto-generates reports, themes, highlight reels
▸ Handles video, audio, and text in 50+ languages

AI writes your code. Now it talks to your users.

We raised $27M from @sequoia to build @ListenLabs.

Listen runs thousands of interviews to uncover what users want, why they churn, and what makes them convert.
