Founders: Prospect disqualification criteria:
🚩 Pain described in general terms only
🚩 Complex approval chain with no champion
🚩 First-time category purchase
🚩 'Someday' implementation timeframe
🚩 'We don't share that information' on budget
If you see two flags, focus elsewhere.

Outlaw human drivers.

Founders: Be funny on sales calls!
Language and humor are evolved abilities to “groom” (in the sense of a monkey picking fleas off another monkey - a form of social bonding) a counterparty that’s not next to you (or multiple counterparties at once).
When you’re funny, especially humor that demonstrates domain knowledge, neurotransmitters are being released in your prospect’s brain that says “I like this guy. He’s a good guy. I should listen to him.”
This puts them in an information sharing and receptive state.
Be funny! Not silly. Smart-funny. But be funny.

Founders: Your SDRs should prep combat cards for your top 3 competitors:
- Their pricing model
- Feature gaps vs. you
- Common objection handling
Knowing the competition's playbook lets you get ahead of it.

Listening to this lisping fatass talk about how it's the responsibility of UCLA and Cal professors to teach unprepared admit remedial junior high math is enough to make you rope.
Dale Chu@Dale_Chu · Oct 8Imagine running for California's top K–12 education job and arguing that teaching kids elementary school math is the responsibility of college professors.
That's quite the campaign pitch.

lol. The illegal Dominican who tried to ram his way out of an ICE car blockade is a chronic heroin dealer who was out dealing drugs with his five year old because why not.
Peter Kazanjy@Kazanjy · 22hTo be clear, a criminal Dominican illegal alien with a rap sheet a mile long was shot while ramming an ICE vehicle as he evaded arrest, all with his child in the back seat of his vehicle.
This is who the mayor of New York is defending.
At the same time an NYPD police officer who was recently stabbed seven times by two Dominican illegal aliens was just released from the hospital after luckily surviving.
These are the priorities of bioleninists.
They seek to protect the criminal underclass who require more state (and more taxes) to manage, feed, and house.
Recognize this for what it is.
They want more of them in your community, they want to tax you to pay for them, and they will not protect you from them.

Founders: Never walk out of one meeting straight into the next.
Without 30 min of prep you arrive cold, with no agenda and no goal.
Exception for quick 15-min check-ins — skip the prep if you must. But never, ever skip the follow-up.

Because today ICE shot a New Yorker. They shot a New Yorker while his five year old child was in the car.
ICE makes this city less safe.
We want them out. Now.

Lotta dead startups because dickless leaders were unwilling to say things like “no, sorry, pretending to work from home is fashionable on linkedin but doesn’t work for 24 year olds.”
And
“No, you’re going to have to have meeting with the budget holders in your accounts - I don’t care what you and all the other remote CSMs decided.”

Bioleninists protect the worst amongst us to hold the rest of us hostage.
Darializa for Congress@DarializaforNY · Oct 8This afternoon, ICE shot and hospitalized someone in Marble Hill, in my district. There is no reforming a terrorizing, unaccountable militia. Our neighbors are not targets. Abolish ICE NOW. Not one more life should be harmed to its guns or its prisons.
