Here’s a breakdown of arguments against starlink in india:
It’s expensive
> so what? they should still be able to offer their services. there are many expensive foreign products and services available in india. let the market not buy their expensive service
It’s same as Chinese EV ban in US
> then say that. India should issue that it’s actual policy to protect national industries in this field. why mislead starlink.
It’s a security threat
> possibly the most valid argument, but then create a security framework and ask them to comply. shouldn’t take 5 years to do this.
What if they pull service in the event of conflict with US
> then don’t run critical govt or military services on it. let commercial consumers have it. a lot of us services shouldn’t. E available with that logic.
@elonmusk is making anti-india posts
> anti-ambani is not anti-india. anti-govt is also not anti-india. let’s learn that difference.
what other arguments are there? is there any that passes basic validity test?

Waiting for dhurandhar 3 where they will justify how this was all planned to thwart some insidious plot against India

Elon Musk@elonmusk · Oct 7Unfortunately, we are being blocked by certain oligarchs in order to maintain their monopolistic chokehold on the Indian people. You can guess who they are …
This is a crime against the people of India!

Okay @mercury wins tech week. in addition to merch, you can actually pick any book of your choice from here!
The problem was picking one book! So many great reads in there. Great collection, great experience! Kudos 👏

made a reusable version: grab the template + prompt, drop it into codex or claude, and build your own event calendar with your accounts. includes the map view too 🗺️
Must have for the tech week imo
