Vimeo

We’re removing all limits on public videos on Vimeo.

Filmmakers need a place for work to shine, and we're making Vimeo that place again. Anyone can now share all their work on Vimeo, with no ads and no AI training, for free.

Stay tuned. This is just the start.

We’re making Vimeo more simple, stable, and intuitive—one improvement at a time.

Rather than adding flashy features, we're improving the little actions you take most often. And in the last 3 months, we did that 34 times.

Here's everything that’s new.

📣 NEW: 10 improvements to Live events in Vimeo

You can now:
📺 Drop your Google Slides straight into the studio
📅 See all your live events in one calendar
🌐 Run live captions in 99 languages
🎙️ Avoid audio issues with real-time alerts

And so much more…

Organize your library with color-coded folders📂

Head to folder settings and choose any color from the spectrum, or use the color picker to drop in a branded theme.

Ideal for keeping different projects, clients, or collections visually distinct at a glance.

Previously for Enterprise users, now available for everyone.

Change thumbnails without opening the video page ⚡️

Two weeks ago, we rebuilt the UX for changing a video thumbnail—with fewer screens, fewer confirmations, and fewer clicks.

Now, you can access that new flow directly from the library, without opening the video page. Just open the ••• menu on any video, then hit Change thumbnail.

Part of our ongoing effort to make your experience on Vimeo smooth, fast, and intuitive. Much more on the way.

Search transcripts in any language 🌍

We’ve been steadily improving the Library search in Vimeo—so you can get the videos you need faster—even in huge video libraries.

This time, we expanded the ability to search transcripts to all our supported languages.

Now, searching your video library gives you results from transcripts in all supported languages. So you can search for a video based on its contents, as well as its title—no matter the language.

Download review link comments as CSV 🗄️

We’ve been rebuilding review links on Vimeo to match our users’ workflow exactly—no unnecessary changes, no UX regressions, no added complexity.

As part of this, we’ve restored the ability to download review link comments, so you can instantly export all of them as a CSV. Perfect for collecting high volumes of comments, or integrating them elsewhere.
