Wales doesn't need more powers for the Senedd. It needs better government. The Senedd already controls health and education, yet Wales has the longest NHS waiting lists and some of the weakest educational outcomes in the UK. Fix that before demanding more powers.

..and the linked detailed Senedd report on rail funding in Wales. WG has had to divert over £1bn from devolved funds to invest in rail because UK Gov wouldn't. Do you think that is right?? And if so please explain...?!?
