Deploys got a big upgrade
1. Databases. Give each app its own Postgres database.
2. Full stack apps. Next.js apps get a real backend. Works with HQ secrets.
3. Comments. Let your visitors comment and collaborate on deployed artifacts. Let your agent resolve them.
