I keep doing hard things, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. I keep choosing to show up, but doesn’t mean it’s not hurting. Seeing people beyond what you see is important. Making sure you make your deposits into yourself is crucial, not selfish. Mental health is mental wealth.
