Ahh, ok. The virtual try-on tool uses Apple’s ARKit and TrueDepth camera technology and currently, the Apple iPhone X models are the only devices that utilize TrueDepth camera technology. Perhaps a #warbyhometryon would solve this for you? warby.me/34DHftQ

Thank you! It was driving me nuts trying to figure it out and I had a feeling it was my phone .. this is the price you pay for not loosing or breaking a phone! I need an update. But yes thank you! I think there’s a store very close to me so I might just pop in
