There are encouraging signs indicating Ataman Wolodyslaw would entertain concession of Lwow and Grodno to Poland, Czernowitz and Chisinau to Romania - provided that Tiraspol and Minsk shall be retained by Kievan Russia and its Oriental satellites in Muscovy, Leningrad and Baku
