NASA JPL@NASAJPL · Apr 14, 2023Scientists here at JPL manage the Cold Atom Lab (CAL), which studies ultra-cold quantum gasses in a microgravity environment aboard the @Space_Station.
In 2018, CAL was the first facility to produce a Bose-Einstein Condensate, a fifth state of matter, in Earth orbit.
