We've just released Application Metrics. Key takeaways: three types, 100% sampled, trace-connected (linked to logs, spans, errors), one-liner instrumentation, saved as actual events with attributes, not pre-aggregated totals. Everyone gets 5 GBs for free. Go check them out!
Sentry@sentry · May 5We had a Session Replay bug we couldn't repro. No consistent error, no idea how often it happened, no way to find affected users.
One metric with two attributes. Repro case in minutes. Today we're launching Application Metrics.
