And for Nitro members, your file upload limit just doubled from 500MB > 1GB
Discord@discord · Aug 13Starting today, the free upload limit is increasing from 10MB to 20MB.
We're also changing how that limit is checked on mobile, with file size now measured before compression instead of after, matching how desktop already works. (1/3)

Update: The bugs blocking age-restricted servers for confirmed adults and the mismatch across devices are both fixed.
Restart your app and let us know if you're still running into problems
Restart your app and let us know if you're still running into problems
Discord@discord · Sep 24Not seeing your age group yet? The update is still rolling out, and most of you won't need to confirm your age group.
That said, a few things came up in the first wave of age group estimations:
➔ There’s an issue with age-restricted servers being unavailable even for confirmed adults. Updating your app can fix this, but we've identified a bug blocking it. We're working to resolve this.
➔ Some of you are seeing mismatched experiences across devices, for example appearing as “unconfirmed” on older mobile app versions. Also working on a fix here.
➔ UK, Australia, and Brazil (including VPN users there) already have age assurance, so your experience may be different. If you were confirmed already, your status stays the same and isn't affected by this launch.
