Executable UDFs are GA on ClickHouse Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).

New since beta: compiled Rust/Go/C++/JS binaries, network access, memory limits, a deterministic flag for the query cache, Cloud API + Terraform, and per-query UDF metrics in 26.6+.
