#ANDYSMANCLUB

Every 90 minutes, somebody in the UK takes their own life - the same length as a football match, but with no extra time for the families and friends left behind.
By linking this message to the World Cup, we hope more men will see it, talk about it, and realise there’s a room full of people ready to listen.
If you spot the campaign on a billboard near you, please take a photo and send it over to info@andysmanclub.co.uk

Ever wondered what our "talking ball" is?

The 'talking ball' at our groups is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk. It's a ball that gets passed around the circle to each guy when it's their turn to talk, if you're not wanting to talk, simply pass it along.

You can take it all at your own pace. There's no pressure to talk at our groups.

Visit our website to find your nearest group or drop us an email to info@andysmanclub.co.uk to join our online groups.

No fees. No booking. No registration. Open to any man 18+ every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays).

This Remembrance Day, we say thanks to everyone who has served in the military, and we remember those who gave their lives to safeguard our future. ❤️

From social pressure to fitness goals, Oli, Luke, Lucas and Chris from AMC have opened up about how they’re rethinking their drinking habits and some of the benefits they’ve seen along the way.

Swipe for some of their tips and check out the full blog! 📷 bit.ly/3XgdOJL

Coffee shops, we'd love your help 💛☕️

Christmas can often be a difficult time, particularly for people who are experiencing loneliness.

This Christmas, we're encouraging people to #GiveTheGiftOfConversation because for some, a simple conversation could mean everything.

We're sending out FREE "I'm Happy To Chat" table signs to cafes across the UK to help spark conversation, spread connection and tackle loneliness head on.

☕️Pop them on a table OR let customers pick them up at the till

If your cafe would like to get involved, find the link in the comments. 💬

Let's give the gift of conversation this Christmas. 🎄

“That’s hope in action” 💛

Opening up isn’t always easy, but checking in can help you spot small changes that make a big difference.

We’ve teamed up again with Drinkaware to encourage men to talk more openly about drinking and how it fits into their everyday lives.

During Covid, Luke found himself drinking more often, but since then, he’s made positive changes to cut down.
The Drinking Check reassured him that he’s on the right path.

Find out what it can reveal for you by taking the Drinking Check quiz today 👉drinkaware.co.uk/talkdrinking
