3. User Accounts

5.2 Content Restrictions

You may not submit videos that:

• Contain explicit, violent, or adult content
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or community guidelines

5.3 Fair Usage Limits

• Maximum 10 concurrent analyses per account
• Maximum video length of 4 hours per analysis
• Reasonable API rate limits to ensure service stability

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in our service remain with us

7. Service Limitations

7.2 Third-Party Dependencies

• We are not responsible for YouTube service interruptions

• We analyze engagement patterns, not video content itself
• Analysis is based on publicly available YouTube data
• Private or unlisted videos cannot be analyzed
• Results may vary based on video metadata availability

8. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination
